I understand that Bethesda thinks that their game will be confused just because of the word "Scrolls" however, if Elder Scrolls was popular enough (I never heard of it), then no one would confuse the two games.
Also, to sue for such a reason is utter bull. If Bethesda was afraid of their game being confused, they should at least talk to Mojang and work out an agreement and not immediately sue.

Oh look. A game called Scrolls. OMG It's going to confuse our fans so much FML.
Seriously, WTF? I don't see ANY, absolutely ANY similarities in these names except for scrolls.
It would be OK to she them if they called the game "the Older Scrolls" etc. but "Scrolls"? Notsureifserious.jpg
Scrolls mean a pair of ancient documents written on a roll. So if a game contains the word "Scrolls" in the title Bethesda is going to sue them?
Bethesda is indeed a good game developing company but this sue is pure BS.

I'm a big Bethesda fan for their games and I still will be really there just protecting there assets from Mojang and with the soon release of Skyrim it would probaly cause confusin with the stupid Cellar Dwellers that survive off Hot Pockets and Gatorade
Scroll is just a word, and is not "owned" by anyone, free use of the word should be allowed.
so im gonna name my hamster Scroll wen i get one
take the Bethesda

I simply don't agree with what is being done, no matter who is doing the suing.
(Yay for short and sweet!)
