Honestly, Richmond or Baltimore would be the best place for minecon because it's in dead center of East Coast. If it is in Florida, people from New England and New York will have to travel all the way to Florida. Same thing for Floridians if minecon is in New York.

Paper Mario The Thousand Year Door is by far the world's best Nintendo game ever made.

Man... NY and Florida are pretty far apart. NY is closer to me so I hope its there, but id feel bad for anyone in Florida/part of the east coast who cant go because of it. wish it was somewhere more centered... oh well.
YESSS!!!!!! I live in America!!!! Finally close enough that I almost have a chance of going!!!!!!!! If I can, I hope they have that green cape from the original Minecon cape vote. Also, my vote for location is DC because its somewhat in the middle geographically, and the capital of USA, and has lots of monuments. Also NY is overrated. And by that I really mean the pizza. But good thing about NY is, they have hot pretzel vendors about every other step. And these are good pretzels. Also bagels.

Nevada, Paris and then again in the states.
Why has no-one suggested Sweden as a location for MineCon yet? There are great places in Stockholm for MineCon to be held. Also, the game Minecraft was created here, which would make it far more significant than to have it anywhere else. Just imagine to be able to take a tour in Mojang's HQ while attending MineCon - Sweden.
This opinion of location may depend on the fact that I am Swedish, although I hope that someone will see the good aspects with it.
Otherwise, the UK would be a great place to keep MineCon, since it's so very central for (at least) the European people.
Another option is Denmark or Germany, countries to which many can travel to by train or car very efficiently.
See this as advice for MineCon 2014, as well as a complaint about this year's location.

Yeah it would make a lot of sense for it to be in the UK and I agree but to be fair the states are big and it makes sense for it to be there at least twice. They probably planned them to alternate from the states to somewhere in Europe each year or something like that.
Baltimore would be a lot better than DC, home of rats.
He scream
What's up doc?
