These are called Endermen. They are 3 ft tall passive mobs that can pick up blocks and move them around. When you look directly at them (aka putting your crosshair on them), they freeze and stare at you. When you turn away, they run at you very quickly and attack you. If they are far away from you and you look at them, they start teleporting once every second towards you.

I'm pretty sure almost everyone knew this already.

That's fake. You can tell because he didn't put the cross hair on the enderman when it first started staring at him.
Also Endermen probably get to you faster than that.

I was playing just now and thinking about these guys, and wondering what they'd sound like. And I think that the creepiest thing they could sound like is . That whispering of spells is creepy -- what could he be saying? What language is that? What else could he know, if he knows something as arcane as this? The key to making it creepy is to make it so quiet that you only hear the hard sounds clearly. That said, the volume of the voice should be nearly flat in regards to your distance from an enderman -- its whispers carry unusually far.
Just an idea I had that I wanted to put out there for somebody to hear.

The video may be fake, but Endermen are supposed to move and look something like that, except maybe freezing after teleporting.
