How do you fly in creative mode?

it seems to be just awesome! ive played for about 40 minutes and keep searching for an NPC

Double space, much like sprinting

i cant fly ive been able to but i dont know how plz help i give

i can't craft anything i just click on the items in my inventory and the item flicks back and forth from my item bar and the inventory box....

How are we supposed to sprint? D:

mini control guide:

1. Fly: double space, really fast, then go up with space and down with hift
2. sprint: double "W"
3. blocking: right click while holding a sword

is a really small guide i know if someone has a seed where you stat in a village please tell me

Experience makes SMP unplayable. When a player dies, ALL OF THEIR EXP FALLS ONTO THE MAP, FILLING IT WITH ITEMS

An enderman just dropped an ender pearl, i have no idea what they do...

I love the new lighting and the bow animation

a small note for creative mode: do not fly to top of the map and shoot fully charged arrows into the distance. you will get the saving chunks crash.

Fence gates were left out of that list...

Just starting to get me feet wet with the update. Playing in creative for the time being. With the seed AYBABTU produced this awesome mountain not to far from my spawn point.

And not to far from that mountain, I found this *possible* lighting (or shadow) glitch. There are no blocks within that dark column, starting above the dirt/grass block at the bottom.

Settings are as follows:

Graphics: Fast
Smooth Lighting: ON
Render: Far
Performance: Balanced
Advanced GL: OFF
Brightness: "Moody"


EDIT: And after reviewing my settings, it went back to normal and looks fine. Weird.

When i tried to cook beef my minecraft crashed

Void is now always pitch black and a particle effect exists below bedrock. You can break through to the void in creative.

Has anyone managed to figure out what the server property is to set the block height during server map generation?
