I think it's just cobblestone fence, which actually looks pretty good. If it IS vertical slabs though, I would be able to check the second-to-last feature off my wishlist.
Seems like adding vertical slabs shouldn't be too difficult for them, given that they could be placed exactly the same way stairs are currently placed.
Just fences, you don't make walls that aren't high enough to keep a sheep in. On the other hand, this is something that can be used as an internal wall which is less than a meter thick, and paves the way for the same sort of thing being done with stone etc.
This is a good thing.
As to invisiblity, will the name be hidden? Perhaps it's only good against mobs? You can finally hug that creeper, perhaps...
Mmmm maps on wall, waited for so long, all time they launched new updates the first thing i've tested was try put the map on wall ^^... just was cool if were able to make custom paintings too.
I was happy to hear about the bug fix for the random suffocation, but was disappointed to find that it didn't work all the time. I still get pressed into the walls a lot by my sheep and suffer suffocation damage. Thanks for the fix, but I hope it get fixed all the way next time.
Oh, and I look forward to those new features. Actually, unless it's there and I've missed it, a way to copy the maps would be nice too.
hey guys i have some news for you now rarely zombies will spawn with armour and if they have something valuebel they will hold it
and villagers will give you better trades if you teat them well and wont if you hit them and theres now a 50% chance of them being infected and you can uninfect tem with a splash potion of weakness and golen apple and the last 2 things are that they have beacons so you can now add potion affects to you without potions and now theres a splash potion of night vision

Just my thoughts, Poocho
It might only work on newly generated worlds, but I'm just guessing.
My thoughts on everything added that'll be in next week's snapshot:
Invisibility: Pvp pwnage.
Nightvision: Finally, i'm able to build at night without spamming torches to see.
Frames: Yay mounted clocks! Also yay easier chest organization!
Cobblestone Fences: They look amazing. Now do brick fences!

Wow, Mojang. Really? You stalled a new snapshot to release a bugfix that fixes a few rare 1.3.1 bugs that were mainly fixed in the latest snapshot? Even though you have a bunch of new features? JUST so some people wouldn't be confused?
Don't release patches that just have 3 changes in it. 10-20 changes is much more reasonable, plus mods and servers will have more time to update. Many mods are STILL for 1.2.5 only.

Yes, I'm whining. Deal with it.
What?
Rare? Just because you never go to the nether (apparently) doesn't make a bug rare...
Shoulda checked the 1.3.1 thread, to see just how common these two bugs were.
Maybe if you whined less you would have heard about those bugs?

THANK YOU! For removing that Nether bug! While I admit the water damage was avoidable, the Nother, well that was hurting gameplay. (Potion creation, light creation...) Not to mention losing everything one was holding, if a Nether visit happened...
Unfortunatly, I will never ever play 1.3
Why play a less-than (content) game, when I can have mobs with armor. And soon to be framable items!? Not a complaint in the slightest, since the snappers tend to be bad assery, compared to stable releases...

DinnerEtho or EthoBone, anyone?

although invisibility could be used for griefing....
Anything can be used for griefing and there's always mods to reduce it.
