12. Mojang is directly infringing one or more claims of the ’067 patent in this judicial
district and elsewhere in Texas, including at least claim 107, without the consent or authorization
of Uniloc, by or through making, using, offering for sale, selling and/or importing Android based
applications for use on cellular phones and/or tablet devices that require communication with a
server to perform a license check to prevent the unauthorized use of said application, including,
but not limited to, Mindcraft.
Mindcraft...? they clearly know nothing of Mojang.

"They told me I could be anything, so I became a tree." [Computer Specs]
So this all means that they are getting desperate, and instead of trying to do something about it. They try to f**k others, so that they can get more money. Not only is it low, it is pathetic.

It is not that i do not want to, it's just simply that I don't care
im not trying to be the bad guy but if this is saying what i believe its saying. (the pdf) its saying that game makers dont have permission to sell their products using the cell towers provided in texas. if this is true, then maybe, just maybe, these TEXANS have something going for them. except, its STUPID. but hey, if no one signed papers its on them. (yet i say again, stupid) im sorry markuss but your poket edition android app may have gotten you sued just because you didnt sign a paper stating that your game can be sent to phones through DATA PLANS. god, **** texas
If this is true then thats ********, no company should be able to make you sign a paper or pay an ammount of money to distribute something there unless it breaks trade laws.
hehe:

I mean, if the fools can't even spell "Minecraft" properly, that means one of two things:
1. They can't afford to proofread their documents
2. They don't know their facts.
Either way, they're most likely just being stupid. If this was true, all Android apps that have some sort of user authentication (Facebook, Twitter, eBay, etc etc) would violate this patent. Considering how widespread authentication systems are on Android devices, this patent was probably filed by some jerk who wants to get money out of everyone. Anyone got any info on how recent the patent is?
I'm guessing this was copy pasted from the pdf file.( My computer can't read it) The fact that they're suing Mojang because of not having their consent could be bad for Mojang. This could help uniloc win the case, however, the mere fact that Mojang does not own nor have they ever owned a product, game or anything called Mindcraft, the lawsuit should automatically be considered null and void.
Also, no company called Mojang owns a game called mindcraft. If there were, that should not be the problem of Mojang.
The closest thing to a relation between Mojang and something called Mindcraft would be a series of minecraft
epsidodes on Youtube called Mindcraft. A link to one of the episodes:
Look at this it is Number 12 they spelled it MindCraft Do These People randomly Sue People For Money

I'm not sure if this has already been pointed out(I have better things to do than spend an hour reading seven pages of comments :P), but the lead attorney's name is Barry J. Bumgardner... BUMGARDNER, what kind of name is that????????????
Talk about someone being desperate for money. I hope that crazy lunatic and his company "Uniloc" gets counter-sued for wasting everyone's time.
LMAO at the lawsuit for mentioning "Mindcraft" instead of "Minecraft." Can someone say "accurate lawsuit fail"?

It's probably the last chance for Uniloc to get their money.
Otherwise they'd go bankrupt, I bet.
People should start giving them bad publicity, that way, they cannot sue any more companies, and get their money out of the lawsuits.
In my opinion, it's what they deserve. They should try getting their money out of something else.
