My favorite part is arrows activating wooden presure plates! I used to shoot at presure plates in the desprate hope that it would do something. Tryed and failed T_T. Now, don't need to!

No! Don't remove the F reloads chunks thing! I could really use that I hate it when I get chunk errors! Where like a bunch of stuff is like invisible for some reason.
This may sound really derpy but, how do you download 12w23b?
This is for windows But you press the start button Type in %appdata% Go to .minecraft Then go to bin And delete minecraft.jar or the minecraft folder in there then replace it with the minecraft folder or minecraft.jar folder you downloaded for the snapshot (If you want to go back to the current version just do Force update) This works for every snapshot Hope this helps!
Well that'll make my a whole heck of a lot easier for my mod I've spent almost 3 months trying to make. I'm terrible with technical **** like that.
Anyways! can't wait for 1.3 to come out!
I know this makes me sound like a nub and all for re-posting a comment I posted on this topic a few days ago - but I'd really appreciate a response for this.
I was wondering if anyone else had ever noticed that when you place half slabs on blocks of ice - you slide around as if you were standing on the ice instead of the slab. Kinda as if the sliding property of the ice transferred to half blocks so you don't say in one spot when you stop moving. I've noticed this since the release of 1.2.5 but I was never sure if this was supposed to be put in the game on purpose for some weird reason. I mean I don't really think its too big of a deal but it may be one of those things people never noticed for a long time.

it is odd, but as far as I know that feature's been around for a while, the cause is most likely the fact that half slabs are not 'full' blocks and so yes the slipperiness if ice does in-fact slip through. It's not entirely useless though, I know several cases where this feature is taken advantage of to great effect.
There have been jungle temples for a few snapshots now i believe.
Now... Wheres 1.3! Ive been dying for it to come out
theres still many bugs that need fixxing and the enderchest is being redone i think we will be lucky if it comes out this month mabye beging or middle of july?

Like a precipice. You're walking along, come to the sheer drop, let go of W thinking you're OK. Oops, slid off.

I built an outdoor ice hockey arena on a server, and used half slabs on the outside of the boards and it was as slippery as the ice, so yep.

I tried this and remembered how much I need all my mods eg. TMI, SPC, etc, installed. And I found a pink sheep - natural since I hadn't even crafted any dyes (SSP). I'm really finding the lower enchanting requirements and easier experience tooooo effective though - I'm already like lvl 38 and haven't even found anything more advanced than iron.
