Says right in the description what the texture pack is: "Dokucraft". Click on the link in the decription/blurb above, and you'll be taken to a thread with download links. And it's actually a rather pretty pack, IMO - I checked it out after watching the video.
It's listed right in the description, you know. And that one's even a link, to the thread here on the forums, where you can download it. Which I promptly did, after watching the video ... and it's quite pretty. Not QUITE what I want for myself, but very pretty nonetheless.
