I get this all the time. I have to keep trying to get all of the pistons to move at the same time, or all stay up/down. I have the internal wiring the exact same as in the video. The only difference is that there are variable blocks (sand, gravel, sandstone, cobblestone, and stone) in which the wiring is being put over. could that be causing a problem?
i keep getting the same exact thing as warfighter 1-3 of the pistons wont push or or go down and im stuck bcuz its acting all jacky. help plz

That's a very nice amount of launch distance, I may have to revamp my existing boat launchers to be on par with this beast. Very nice!

Build the launcher facing East-West not North-South and the pistons will work perfectly fine.
