So heres the ideas:

Why Do Vegas Again?
Because back in 2011 it was the "Nether Party" for 21 and up and featured Deadmau5

2016 could be the "Ender Party" featuring 3 sets of Minecon:

Minecon 1st Day - Day 3: All ages
Minecon Weekend: features: 21 and up to finish it all off as a tribute to the Nether Party > Ender Party to celebrate the New End Update and etc

Why Do South Dakota?
because its a Little Historical Area and it s more towards the middle of the North American Continent and is close for Canadians and more in the middle of united states theirs historical stuff there, fun roller coasters there, a fair aswell (assuming minecon would be around its usaul time), and a water park there aswell theirs a large civic center.

Why Do London?
Well because it be easier for Easterner's to get to and it offers tons of nice locations and historical sites to see.

Why Do Tokyo japan?
because japan Has a Great selection of places to see and unique culture to offer plus Tokyo as a city is very interesting with tons of cool places and even parks, historical areas, cool tech thats not seen in many other places, and would be a unique place to have minecon plus could attract new minecrafters and be easier for any asian based minecrafters to come to minecon ^-^

Why Do Canada Vancoover?
offer's a place thats new and would be easier for canadian minecrafters to go to
