Coded lock for doors and other such things

I think having a lock where you can make and input a code to open it would be great like for treasure chests and stuff like that.

Currently you have to make some colossal redstone contraption for a four digit code which takes up a ton of room.

What if it was a key pad. And it transmits a redstone signal if you put in the right digits. This used with an iron door.
