Share Local Worlds: The ability to toggle an option for "Share World" when creating/editing a map would be nice. I play with my wife on our Xbox One and we have a good map going, only issue is she cannot play this map without me in it. This toggle would allow the map to pop up in everyone world list who is playing directly on that console.
Custom Controls: The control schemes suck, flat out. A player should be able to map every button on their controller to suit there needs, especially in a game as simple as Minecraft. For instance, the "throw item" and "change view" should be mapped to the DPad to avoid accidental use, and run can be the analog click.
Adjust HUD: The action bar sits too high in horizontal split screen, it is almost touching the crosshair blocking a good chunk of the view. This should either be adjustable, or lowered in general.
Just some ideas, hope others might find them useful...
EDIT: Removed bit about Transparency, Producer_K was correct about that.
Share Local Worlds: I remember the days of another game where this was possible. The game had many flaws, however it dominated because this was possible, among a few other cool features. Anyone could come visit your world and see your creations up close for themselves and/or your progress. Funny how very few people support this idea, but I do. +1 (the game: Fortresscraft on Xbox 360... an indie game for $3. I really miss my custom blocks and functions too!!!!!! If custom blocks where applied into Minecraft, then wow, how this game would change. If you know what I mean, plus one to this and you can also discuss this in my thread on Custom Blocks.
Custom Controls: I agree, the controls flat out suck. +1 to custom controls.
HUD: You can adjust the transparency, that is until you select an item to use from the action bar. It pops back to 100% for a few seconds before it changes back to your set transparency. But yes, annoying anyway.
I too agree with the shared local worlds. I finally got around to getting my son a profile so he could save his own xp levels ( and not fall into lava pools with my xp levels) only to find out once he has his own profile he can't open our saved world. The only way is to have myself logged in and have him play on a half screen when I'm not around. An ok work around until my wife wants to play and then they are forced to further cut the screen down and make it almost impossible to see what you are doing.

by the way, I tried looking it up because I thought you should be able to could already do this...I was very saddened when I found out there is no "legit" way to do it.
I wish we could share worlds via server style or a list of up to 4-8 names that we designate as moderators to load up our world online without host presence. But in your view of local worlds, makes no sense that was not enabled on day one of release when game came out on 360 much less xbone. I completely agree with custom controls as well. Should also have been in on 360 day one. IMO
