Tamed horses, donkeys, and mules despawn when player is not in immediate area, will happen even if the chunk is still loaded. Chests in a desert temple being unopenable, must be broken. Weird block properties around the world border on imported save games for example being unable to break placed blocks and only being able to break blocks from a certain direction. Finally, baby horses on a lead are unable to go up blocks.
The horse thing is very annoying, already lost three to it, but the lead thing might be because if the animal on the lead gets too far away the lead breaks.
I haven't seen anyone report anything with hopper timers. It worked at first and now it does not. When items are placed in the hopper they will move to the other like they should the first time. After that, it will only transfer one item to the other hopper making it a very short timer, which for my mob farm with water dispensers, that's not good. Also, Zombie Pigmen are no longer coming out of the nether portals in my gold farm. Everything other bug I've noticed has already been mentioned.
Edit: The hopper timer was not a bug. A friend came in and broke a piece of redstone. So ignore that part of it!
I just loaded an imported world after updating, in creative mode, and I am unable to exit the mine carts. The only way to get out is to exit the map, change to survival and then kill myself somehow

Or you can click the right stick button like everyone else has to now. They changed it.
Didn't see this post. I made a topic on the Item Frame Bug with two videos that showcase what happens. My main world no longer loads, and always crashes. Making new worlds and then breaking the block with a map item frame freezes the game as well.
Im having the same problem a few people are. this is happening in worlds created before TU19 and even in alot of new created worlds, I Reset nether and go in theres a bunch of wither skeleton and blaze free roaming. i killed a few skeletons and blaze. went out the nether for more food and potions. come back and theres NOT ONE skeleton or wither skeleton. i have to keep reseting nether in order for skeletons to keep spawning. also having issues with horses despawning and slime not spawning in swamps (on old worlds) anyways still enjoying the game Hope you guys get a fix soon Steve!
I would also like to report an old bug. When you chop a tree down, the shadow stays even when all the leafs are gone. I can put a torch there and the shadow disappears but once I remove the torch then the shadow comes back. Pretty annoying considering the shadow grows the further down I dig under where the tree was at one point. Happens on new trees and ones that were originally loaded with the chunk.
Errors I have encountered include Local Brewery and Return to Sender not unlocking. I have gained the achievement for curing a village of zombism and lava swimming, yet the achievement for making a potion does not work. I have made several potions. I also killed at least 10 Ghast with fireballs, one I even shot back at it using an arrow. I have noticed others having issues with these as well.
1) The spawn rate of mobs is terribly slow when from spawning from a monster spawner. Standing around within the 16 blocks, (the skeletons for example), seem to spawn not as often as they did before. This makes the mob drop almost pointless. Not to mention all the previous posts about the blaze and their spawn.
2) When traveling in a minecart... look around, see something different? You are now sitting way lower in the minecart and cannot see over the cart itself. Take another look in third person.
Edit: Upon further testing: When you place a minecart down on tracks, push it a little then get in, the position of the player in the minecart is correct. Or if you launch yourself horizontally, say from a button.
Edit #2: Upon even further testing: When you place a minecart down on a track that is going up or down for a few blocks, you sit way down in the minecart... which is wrong. I feel like a little kid in the cart who can barely see over the lip.
Not so much a deal breaker, but this is quite annoying.
I second that the nether fortress becomes dead with the exception of blaze spawners... Can we get that added to a bug list, otherwise there is never any point to rebuilding anything in the nether because you will constantly need to reset it.... And this is on a world where the nether was only entered after the latest patch (so I did encounter some wither skeletons initially.
Possible reason for the redstone bugs? I'm pretty new here so I don't know if this has been listed as a possible reason before or recently. I posted earlier about mob farms and zombie farms not working. I resolved the mob farm or so I had thought. I noticed that with the built in autosave, it seemed to cause a lot of issues. For example in my mob farm, the dispensers stopped working all together. I decided to build an Iron Golem farm with the autosave off and with my mob farm repaired and fully functional. I completed the Iron Golem farm with spawn rates about 4 every 15 seconds or so. Everything was working fine. Decided to do a hard save and now everything is broken. It seems all the villages have combined into one and in the mob farm none of the dispensers worked the moment the save was complete. This may not be the cause, but it seems to happen around an autosave and after a hard save.
One more issue, items dispensed through a nether portal work for awhile then after awhile the no longer go into the nether, they just go right through the portal. I'm not sure if this is a bug or if that's how its intended to be. If someone could answer that for me that would be awesome. I'd rather not go through connecting all the villages again if the dispenser into the nether doesn't work. Thank you.
Mob placement on game loads. At first I thought my sheep were loading on top of the fences (which could be the case in some instances), but I've now found sheep in pens that were not connected to the pen they originated in, these are colored sheep in an enclosed barn so I know its not a matter of being a brand new sheep. I have 2 barns of sheep, but only one of the barns is frequented by these issues, I haven't had any trouble with the other, so it might be chunk related. But more annoying than that is I have a villager that is in an enclosed area with no exit, and some how when I load the game he'll load on the the other side of the counter.
This is a pain because then I have to chase him around to get him in a minecart and deliver him back to his shop. At least with the sheep they are in a barn that keeps them in the general vicinity.
-- Also another small bug, leads don't release from your hand when you tie to a fence. I'll tie the lead to a fence, and the fence shows the lead wrapped on it, but the animal is still connected to my hand by the lead.
I have a couple of things, a minor one is that chest lids are taking a long time to close. They will always close, but they close after I've moved on to something else, sometimes 8 seconds or so pass. Again, that's very minor, but it exists. The next one is a little more of a pain in my bum......villages! I seem to never get many villages. I only play survival hard and started noticing that I could never find a village. So, I went into creative on a seed where I had gotten lots of resources and farms, not wanting to abandon the world. I flew around for a long while, then not finding anything found on chunkbase the locations of the villages I should have. There were 8, so I thought, ok, not bad. 25 maps, 8 villages, not great, but doable. I went to the locations in creative, and there are only 3 villages on the 25 maps. The other 5 locations only had a well. Why would that be? Is that a bug? I then traveled to them in my survival world, and sure enough, wells only like it was on the creative world I made with the same seed #.
The nether portal is also having issues. I have a portal next to my house. However, whenever I return from the nether it spawns me at another portal leagues away from my home. Posing an issue beings I don't always have maps for other parts of the world. I destroyed the rogue portal but it will remake itself a few blocks over everytime I come back from the nether.
Edit: The hopper timer was not a bug. A friend came in and broke a piece of redstone. So ignore that part of it!

(this not a major issue, but I wanted to point it out in this ongoing list of bugs)
