My cousin and my sister found an update, but seems more like a downgrade... But due to the game changing texture names, all the mobs are glitchy textured.... Please help... Do I Downgrade the update that they just installed?
HAS ANYONE HAD THIS PROBLEM YET AND FIXED IT????

Re: Your Poll - There is no need to "force Mojang" to do anything. Mojang does not program the console edition, 4J does and they habitually release bug fix updates between feature-adding updates. They don't release a separate update for each bug fixed. Instead, they spend a period of time "collecting" information from players about the bugs in the game (see 4J Steve's thread about the bug tracker) and then release a larger bug fix update in due course. So, the best bet is to report the issue at the bug tracker link Steve lists.
A caution about trying to downgrading to earlier updates - it generally serves to only completely corrupt your world save file... rendering that world useless and beyond repair. Not sure about what happened with your gamerscore. No one else that I'm aware of has reported losing gamer points when updating. Back up your world saves to a USB before doing anything. Also, you cannot backtrack just one update level. When you delete the update the game will revert to TU9 (the TU of the first official release (post-beta) of the game and also the version issued on the disc.
Then, delete and redownload the update, making sure that it downloads completely. Check it out by first creating a new world or a new tutorial world. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO OPEN YOUR WORLD SAVE UNTIL YOU CONFIRM THAT THE UPDATE HAS DOWNLOADED CORRECTLY AND COMPLETELY.
