i heard somethin they gonna add new blocks after the new achievements been released, its a big update not sure this month or on the next month,im not so sure tho
If it was a bug fix in TU25, I would be really depressed.
I don't really like bug fixes.
I hope TU25 does contain bug fixes! Why do you not like bug fixes??
You like mining underground, and having a portion of your drops float up to the surface?
You like having your head in the ceiling when riding a minecart in a 2-block tall tunnel?
You like insane amounts of hostile mobs in the Nether reaching mob cap and breaking Blaze spawners?
You like unexpectedly getting hit by fireballs because Ghasts (still) aren't making a sound (2 years later)?
... Amongst other things.
TU24 was not a bug fix, so the normal pattern would be for TU25 to be a bug fix for whatever content was added in TU24. However, TU24 really added achievements rather than content, so TU25 could go either way. I agree with the others, though, bug fixes are a very integral part of the update process. Continually adding new content over top of buggy old content just isn't a good idea.
That's disappointing
(Now pay attention, boy. I say, I say that there was Sarrr-casm.)
The next update will contain both bug fixes and new blocks and other features.

The problem with them trying to add everything to the game as it becomes ready is that they need to submit it to Microsoft before it gets implemented, then it gets a little testing. Should they do this for every little thin as it gets finished they would be spending a lot more time waiting in approval.
I agree I mean I've had to deal with losing my diamonds and other ores ever since the new update. And whenever I try to make my blaze farm I can only get one blaze.

There's no new blocks in TU24.
Bug fixes are boring. We need new blocks. Like Stained Glass.

Coodworth has a point. I agree with him. I like both updates and Bug fixes.

also remember that just because a tu is centered around bug fixes doesn't mean that thats all folks.
Rather think of it this way. The more bugs they can fix between now and that juicy big update the better
for all of us. It may seem depressing but the big one is close by and it's release date won't be effected just because
of another bug fix.
It's still likely to be early to mid June. It's still the update that will change the console world.
but also remember this, the longer it takes to launch the more likely it will contain 1.7 and 1.8
maybe even a bit of 1.9.
Bottom line- don't let bug fixes dishearten you. It's after all less they have to worry about when the big
update launches for consoles.

no it is not

Most likely. 4J has already confirmed that the block bug that we all know and love so much that some have gone to
creative only will finally be fixed. I'm referring to the bug that makes blocks float to the nearest surface or drop many
blocks away. But also considering that 4J also tweeted out that screen shot teaser we at least know we are getting
custom flats and at least 3 new doors and 3 types of new fences. plus stained glass. plus new fish. plus game mode
change and difficulty change in game. plus weather toggle. plus classic crafting. It is also that time of year again.
From what I understand Minecraft has always gotten bigger updates in mid-June. Which tells me this next update
will be the big one. But it may be the last big one we get for a long time if it catches up to 1.8

Why not have both, a bug fix and new features?
Please. I'm tired of my ores and logs going to space.
Stay fluffy~
EVERY update includes bug fixes.

at least, that's how I understand it.
whih update added new biomes? 1.8 or 1.9?
1.7 was the update that changed the world, adding several biomes. Which, as it stands, is the next step to catch up with pc.
However, we haven't actually seen any evidence that 4j has actually included the new biomes, trees or blocks.
So far it has just been stained glass, colored beacons, new doors and fences and the book and quill for new items
game mode and difficulty change in-game, weather toggle, and custom super flats for gameplay
and some more bug fixes related to the infamous floating block bug.

Actually we know there are new boimes and trees...
Yes. We know that eventually we will get new biomes at some point in time but as of right now there is no evidence that those
biomes will in fact be included in the next big update. Perhaps we may see them at Minecon. As for right now, it's kind of
confirmed but not legitimately.

It's the worst update ever. Nothing in it only stained glass, fences and book and quil
The TU25 only contained options like classic crafting, they did add new doors, fences, book and quil and stained glass but that's it
