They've already said that unlimited worlds will never happen unless the Xbox 360 suddenly got more powerful or had more memory. The Xbox One and PS4 aren't getting infinite worlds so there is no way the Xbox 360 is.
Horses have already been confirmed for a later update so they'll come eventually.
But it would nice if they just updated it to the same version that the PC is on. It would just make everyone happy
