Minecraft is great however $100 extra for a system that is worse spec wise with a few exclusives isn't really for me this time around
They probably spent all their money buying out EA.

I put my shirt on one leg at a time, just like everybody else.
That was the worst trailer ever. It showed nothing. And then when it might have said something at the end, it zoomed out so you couldn't read it.
All it says is bigger worlds... nothing really all that much. And I agree that it did not show a whole lot, it was more a statistics trailer and showing bigger worlds... not much else...

My First World, always getting back to is a pleasure I enjoy with each new update that brings in more things to add in.

If xbox one minecraft is nothing more than PC minecraft, I'll be a little upset.

I need to give out more reputation. I'm not used to the system, but I see so many helpful posts. D: Sorry if I forget you!
Does PC Minecraft have the huge ravines that the trailer showed? Because we don't have that.
Only chance I'll be getting a Xbone down the track would be if Microsoft cave and remove the stupid 24-hour-curfew nonsense and the compulsory spy camera.
System should just be the same as 360 - you install the game to the hard drive and keep the disc in to authenticate.
Hopefully Sony will wipe the floor with them and Microsoft will be forced to evolve into humans.
Yeah they'll have to give in. Or PS4 will add in those features post launch.

PS4 confirmed there wont be such a thing as they realized the backlash Microsoft is getting from announcing that. So one of PS4's biggest selling points will be the fact it doesn't require online, and you can still play used games.
Seriously wtf was Microsoft thinking here? Used games are one of the biggest reasons to play on a console because of the convenience of going over to a friends house to play co-op and just bringing along your disc. Not to mention how much it will end up hurting locally owned businesses with this crappy model. DRM is getting so ridiculous now almost to the point of unplayable(and actually is unplayable on some games like Might and Magic 5, and Neverwinter 2). I don't know anyone that is actually planning on getting the new xbox at work or out of my friends.
hmm all I saw that was new was corner stairs yet nothing of interest. Can't believe they made Minecraft microsoft exclusive. waste of money. The xbox1 is just a vampd up version of the 360 yet is still years behind good gaming pcs.
Does anyone know if we will have to rebuy it on Xbox One?
They have not said one way or the other as of yet. Considering it is technically a whole new edition of the game with new features, I am personally expecting that they will charge for it as a separate game. It would be really cool if they decided to give a discount or better for those who already purchased MC360, but I'm not counting on it to be honest.
Well, idk about you guys, but until Microsoft stops making problems, it's Sony for me. I've got PC anyway, not missing much really if you think about it.
