1- At this point in time, Win10 doesn't support "servers" itself. You can hook to PE server... maybe... sometimes... they're working on the reliably part.
2-- Forge servers are for the java version only. Nothing from the java version works with Win10- different programming languages.
3- You've got Live, Realms is coming shortly, there's the PE servers. What more do you need?
