As I have posted on the adding color to wooden planks post. What if we had paint buckets? The new recipe I have thought of is dye above water that's above a bucket. It could probably be used ten different times and then it turns into a bucket. The brush recipe would be a stick and a different item. Still thinking about it, any suggestions?I meant it could paint 30 different blocks, so three hundred times actually.

Hmm... I like the idea.. But maybe the amount it can paint is a lot?
Seems like a bit too much to me.
If you have a small house as is... one bucket could paint an entire house.
You're probably right, maybe a bucket could paint just a few blocks like ten. Thanks for pointing that out.
Personally, I think it should paint 64 blocks and the paint brush shouldn't exist separately from the paint bucket. If the paint brush does exist it should be attached to the bucket, much like a book and quill. 10 blocks of paint is too little to be worth it. IMHO, the recipe should be dye and clay above a bucket of water. (reasoning: the dye changes the color, the clay thickens the water) Or the recipe could have dye and a stick above a water bucket to make a paint bucket with a brush. Tell me what you think? How would you prefer it?
Perhaps a paint sprayer could be built limited uses like other tools, then paint can be made to combine. After a small amount of uses it reverts to an empty.

I rather like the idea of it just being a bucket you use L2 on. No fuss just simple. I mean.. you can walk up to sheep and dye them like that with no fuss.. Don't need a special brush to spread it through the fur lol. Just simple.

Yeah no problem.
