Sticky Pistons Aren't Working

I was recently trying to make an elevator in minecraft but I activated the sticky piston and it was attached to the regular piston now, but when I retracted the sticky piston, the regular piston didn't come back. I was on a single player world with Weepcraft Hacked Client installed

Its not that the Sticky Piston "Isn't working" It could be due to lag or most likely a bud switch that you didnt even know was there!
