Whenever I try to login through the Client I get a "Can't connect to Minecraft.net" error and when I try to play through the browser version it always gets stuck at this point: http://i.imgur.com/2RHVq.png and it NEVER leaves that screen.
Any help?
This has been happening since (A day before actually) the SOPA protest.
I have no mods installed, I have reinstalled Minecraft, I have restarted the computer and I have the latest version of Java
When I connect to minecraft.net there is nothing wrong with the site security.
Can you do two things please?
First check your PC clock, make sure the time, timezone, month, day, and YEAR are all correct.
Second expand the "Technical Details" of that warning and post that?
Thanks
edit:
Looking at the site certificate I can see that it is going to expire in just a few days: (1/24/2012 10:02:59 AM GMT)
I have had the same problem for the same amount of time I'm glad to know that it isn't just me.
I need help with this problem too still :tongue.gif:

Hmm my clock is synchronized with the internet clock. Did your minecraft still show the changelog when you opened it? Mine didn't.

Try going to minecraft.net and logging in there, and then try to connect with your client.
After I signed out, I clicked on sign in and got this
Anyways, logging in on Minecraft.net and then starting the Client version didnt work.
This only started to happen a few days ago. NOTHING has changed on my computer.
