Yea just download the bin from someone on the internet and replace it. If you still need help, PM me.

If you have backed up your minecraft (like every good player does) then yes you can use your old backups to go back

get http://dev.bukkit.org/client-mods/spoutcraft/ u can use 1.7 on it
