Was really wanting to play this, but to my dismay I'm having the same problem as everyone else. Purchased the game at least 4 to 5 hours ago, sent an email about an hour after and still nothing. I'm kinda ticked that since this is Christmas Eve that they don't happen to be fixing all this stuff or have set up an automatic checking thing. But hopefully this will be resolved soon, but if I do have to end up waiting a day for this I may just get a refund.

Agreed, i'm having the exact same issue. Bought the game and still haven't even got a chance to play it.
Honestly, I'm fine with waiting.
I believe last time I checked he was in... Sweden; and the current time there is about 12:30am Saturday (CET).
Plus it's Christmas so as you know he's probably spending time with his family as he said, just be patient and it should be ready tommorow!

When u start a dispute, the payment is hold back on paypal... and if too many disputes gets open on the same product, paypal will close down any new attempts of payments they should get for the game untill all disputes are closed!

You're obviously trying to ruin the fun for players that are already playing MineCraft; you believe that because you cannot have it yet that other people shouldn't. It's Christmas he's probably with his family celebrating; I'd suggest you calm the **** down and be patient.

Blocking new payments will ONLY block new payments, will not mess up with already active accounts! And this could prevent MORE people getting on the same problem, since paypal will just say "we'r not accepting payments for this account right now".
Sorry dud, but when a company sell a product and give a **** to it's customeers, it's time to the customeers to **** the company!

yeah i bought it about 28 hours ago and nothing, though I can play offline and do survival mode. I understand if the payment verification deal is clogged up, but this is paypal we're talking about, they should be easily ready for something like this. [disappointed]
I have something similar but i bought the game quite a while ago, and a few days ago it started saying im not premium anymore when i played the game many times before? What happened?
This sucks. Been waiting 48 hours, PayPal reports it is completed through my debit card (instant) thus their API would report the same, and I know the PayPal API is working as I looked and tested. It is not because the servers are "slow" - that is ridiculous. It is for the same reason that these forum accounts are not connected to your Minecraft account and we had to sign up twice, the admin of these site is either overworked, incompetent of certain Web Dev. aspects, or just not working, he needs to hire someone.
I've been experiencing the same trouble everyone else has. It's been 29 hours and I'm still not upgraded to premium. I really hope this goes through soon, I really want to play this amazing game.
And although I do celebrate Christmas, this game is all I have been worked up about since I learned of its existence, and I really don't care for the holidays right now, I just want to play this game.
Myself as well. I purchased a gift code today (around 3:00PM EST (GMT-5)), and have still not received it. This is supposed to be a gift for my little brother tomorrow morning, and I have nothing for him. I made a little paper minecraft chest and a paper creeper complete with built-in firecracker but now I have nothing to put into the chest.
If one of the devs could please get back to me on this, I'd really appreciate it.
