I'm not awesome enough to use the search function Because Im not permitted
But Minecraft Crashes on me repeatedly I cant even get past the Majong Screen
I think Its because Of the texture pack i'm using, So I would like to ask
What folder Is all the texture packs in so I can delete It?

Easiest way is to go to %appdata%\.minecraft\ and delete (or just rename) the BIN folder so that it redownloads the default files (renaming instead of deleting the folder lets you name it back if this doesn't help)
(paste %appdata%\.minecraft\ into your RUN box if you are not sure how to find the folder, PC only I dunno how Macs work)

I have a problem, Before I made this post I already did that And the game crashes too fast to ACTUALLY download the Fracking BIN folder back.

1) Did the game run on your computer in the past - ever?
2) Will it run in the browser: http://minecraft.net/game/
3) If it has never run fine ever, can you post a DXDIAG (START>RUN>type DXDIAG & enter, then click "Save All Settings" and copy paste here the txt file)
If it ran ok before, try renaming the entire .minecraft folder to x.minecraft (instead of just certain files/folders) -- we can try to dig out any saved games later as long as it is renamed we can get to them.
Also might want to test some other JAVA game, to see if it is JAVA or Minecraft that has issues, I'll see if I can poke around and find a good test game .... maybe try Notch's "Left 4K Dead" here" http://www.mojang.com/notch/j4k/l4kd/

Well, its probably no longer a texture pack issue and if the files won't even download, I would start checking whether your JAVA installation is borked.
Have you tried checking your java version here to be sure it is working properly and updated:
GOOD SIR! i believe i have found a way! go to this folder!
"username"/appdata/roaming/.minecraft/texturepacks
then get rid of the one that is causing trouble!!! it works! i just did it!

It may not be a "Minecraft bug" that Notch can fix, but a system issue preventing the game from functioning.

Also if you are on Vista/Win7, see if temporarily turning off Aero makes any difference:
