I've recently gotten my hands on an NPL licence which allows me to host 512 people at one time in my Teamspeak.
You'll get as follows:
Your own channel with as many sub channels as you'd need.

and Icons
There are also a strict set of rules, they are as follows.
NO ADVERTISING - I don't want you poking everyone that joins saying "OH JOIN US @Blah blah blah" If you do your channels will be removed and you being possibly banned.
No spamming
No hijacking channels.
