If they're offering a money back guarantee, the company obviously has some faith in the fact that they provide a good service. If you weren't happy then you could just request a refund.
If the test servers are giving you good performance and connection, then that's a company you should consider. Reviews are a great bonus also.
I did requested one and GGservers was just stalling.. Read their reviews as well. I just don't buy that way anymore.
Well they do have the refund In Writing so that's a lot to say right there. that's basically a contract on the internet. Hence the name Terms of Service.

I have another thing to say.
There is a massive difference in a host that charges $6 - $12 per GB and a host that charges $3 per GB. Hosts that charge $6+ per GB generally do it because they need that money to support their higher-end hardware and networks.
For example, I do rent-to-owns and buy-downs on all of my servers. This means I put down a significant investment in my servers up-front so I can supply the best prices to my clients as time goes on. Even then, I am paying $140+ per month on my average node. On top of that, I am also underselling my machines. This loses me a ton of profit over the course of a month, but it supplies the best quality in servers that money can buy. Any other host who uses the same practices will agree. Do you know why my servers are more expensive? Because quality networking, high uptime, and awesome support comes at a cost. I am willing to pay that cost to supply the quality of service that my company is known for.
I hope my little rant here has explained a bit of what I stand for and support to you.

You seem to have turned down a lot of great hosts. I'm personally friends with SnowStormServers and DigItServers and can say they offer some great hosting. Now, keeping in mine I'm a host myself, I'll throw you my offer which you'll likely deny on he spot.
Over at Vulcanode, we try to be different. Instead of going all out making you throw out an arm and a limb on servers, we go for the bast bang for your buck. This being said, we sell our servers at just enough to pay the bills we charge $2.50/GB which is amazingly low compared to other hosts. We never oversell our hardware or ever will because as soon as one server is filled, we set up the next and repeat the process. All of our features and plans can be found at http://VulcaNode.com/! If you have any questions, feel free to quote us and reply here or contact us via PM or on our website.
Yep that why I'm willing to pay that cost to get what I wanted. After all that "get what you pay for" is true about 95% in the hosting industry according to one host. On the other side of the coin I would like to me and my players be able to try out the server for a okay testing phase. That's why so many hosts steer clear of this.. Really got undersold cores? How about this and that? Proof is only medium that'll sells to me and my players. Like other hosts said "there isn't a prefect host" and that us customers need to find that for our selves and me and our players are trying to do that...

We can offer you a trial if you'd like. As OSTKCabal said about underselling, we tend to as well. If your like proof of our core usage, feel free to ask and I'll send you a screenshot from our panel.

I told you to try out my test server and we would work it out from there. The point of that test server is first to test your connectivity to our servers.
I am willing to work with you to get the 24 or 48-hour test server you desire, but I'll ask you to join our test server first so I don't have to go through the trouble of setting you up an account and server, then have that effort go to waste.

Alright deal sorry for the misunderstanding I'll do so tomorrow.

Basically you want to run a 'Extremely Resource Heavy' server for free for 3+ Days.
This heavy server will suck up resources from Paying Clients.
That being said my offer stands for a 1GB RAM server for 24-48 hours.
Okay.. If I paid, then it would end the same way. So that's just another reason to make sure a company's node can take the extra load.
Most hosts including us would be willing to give a refund after 3 days time usually. There's no need for several days when you can pay and if you don't like it ask for a refund. Most hosts also know when someone is a using the refund system and reviewing unlimited servers which is why most hosts only refund once if you're the same client repeating a process. Our offer still stands on a trial server but won't for long as space is filling up quickly.
Yea I only used GGservers service one and still wouldn't give me a refunds to their terms. All they did is fed credits to my account and took it away to "prove" that they did. Even though I paid via paypal and not service credits.

I definitely see where you're both coming from. You wanted a discount and likely what happened is they took it the wrong way and they got mad so they went along to prove a point then showed who had the real power. In all seriousness, I recommend you not dwell on one issue and instead look ahead to a better hosting solution that meets your needs. If you didn't like their services, that's fine, but here's no need to dwell on it and judge every host by if they are or aren't better than them. As someone said in a previous post, no host is perfect, but you just need to find the right one to fit your needs.
okay sorry but I already know your weak Individual cores. Thanks anyway and isn't that money back is just credits as stated in your graph? Oh and I think I finally got the Host that I was targeting for. However I will still talk to DigitServers as a backup. Because guess what? you can never have too many of those.
I could do 3GB for $30.95/mo; I could do 15% off recurring as well with the code 'MINENOW'
All our servers will come with 25GB of Disk Space, Unmetered Bandwidth, McMyAdmin 2.0 Control Panel Enterprise, Provision Panel, Full Root SFTP / SSH Access, Dedicated IP, MySQL upon request and awesome customer support. We are also the #1 Minecraft Managed host; We could assist you with any plugin, modification, or server configuration. We can also install a free teamspeak 3 server upon request and we have no slot limit.
Our server hardware configuration for our Dallas / Toronto / Amsterdam location are mixed Intel Xeon E3-1230 v2, 1270 v2 / v3 along with Samsung 840 Pro SSDs, Kingston DDR3 RAM and 100mbps bandwidth ports.
hmm Let's me see, while you may have a lot of extras including an unlimited TS3 server on the table but still no free trail so not very impressing.. I'm not going to with conventional shopping for a server anymore and there only a few that will really get it and like I said I may of found that host that actually cares about their customers.. Not to mention it's a 3 days trail After it was set upped Personally to perfection. Heck I was surprised that my personal account manager even went the whole 9 yards to join my server to ensure it's was up the par and working right. Now's that better than any ticket support can deliver! Best of all this isn't a stupid add on cost that most hosts have "hands on support". Even after the facts it's still cheaper than a 25 dollar bill a month for 3GB! Ahh now that's Minecraft hosting at it's best right there. Yep doesn't even cost me near a Fragnet's bill! If their hardware and bandwidth can keep my "bandwagon" from lagging then I'm definitely going to stay there. So far 3 out of about 6 or 8 are saying that server is about as good if not better than Fragnet's server and almost no latency lag at all!
Great to hear that, but who said we don't offer free trial's either? Or that same kind of support, because I'm pretty positive our free managed support will beat their's. We care about our customers to another level that no other hosts do, and that's why we get so many orders a day. I wish you the best of luck with the host you're going with and I hope everything goes well with your server!
Do you really expect anything from $3 per GB?
