Only comparable one is MinecraftEd, they have some very nice deals on DatabaseByDesign's good network.
DemonVPS's Xeon 5420 cannot compare to an E3, and they are reselling ServerStadium which does not have that good of a network.
VirtBiz's "Intel Quad Core" processers also won't cut it for Minecraft, they're previous-generation chips and also cannot compare to an E3.
You also said you wanted SSD, yet none of those 3 use SSDs.
How can minecrafted offer this for $59 and noone else can match it?
To be honest, I'm not sure. Even the largest dedicated hosts out there today can't match MinecraftEd's price. It will take MinecraftEd over 20 months to get a return on investment (server hardware + colo costs), and by that time their hardware will be far outdated.
You're going to have a bad time if you're trying to find the absolute cheapest price for hosting services. Especially if you're asking for a 1gbit connection. You'd probably be better off looking for a premium provider with a 100mbit /dedicated/ connection. Good luck though.

I am looking to expand my 1.4 server.
I would need the following specs:
Decent CPU
16GB+ Ram
1GBS Connection
SSD Storage
Everything is doesn't matter.
Will pay up to $80/month - best I have found so far is $59, but they are out of stock!
Anyone know anything/anyone?
Vincent
E3-1230
16GB DDR3 ECC RAM
30TB @ Gigabit
120GB Intel SSD
For $155/mo, but that's far out of your budget range. You basically won't find any other host offering these specs for less than ~$120
With comparable specs & network?
DEMONVPS:
Xeon 5420
MINECRAFTED
$59
Sandy Bridge E3-1270 CPU
16GB RAM

Dedicated Server: 2x Intel quad-core, 2x 250GB HDD (RAID), 16GB RAM
Entry Level Dedicated Server
2x Intel 2.33Ghz quad-core processors, 2x 250GB HDD (RAID), 16GB RAM CentOS 6 (64-bit)

For under $80, no.
For under $120, possibly.
For under $155, we can help - I'll throw in a free /29 IP subnet.
i want more than 4.
/29 IPv4 Subnet - $7 (we'll throw this in for free if you want it.)
/28 IPv4 Subnet - $14 (we'll drop this to $7 for you )

I'm sure if you talk to your datacenter and provide valid justification, you will be able to get more IPs allocated
