New to this forum, though I've been lurking for years, finally making my first post!
I host my own Minecraft server on an internal network, nothing major, but I'm looking for a good server management tool. Right now our group has been so small I just take regular backups of the server folder and manage one world at a time.
I'm looking for the "best" (which I realize is totally unfair and subjective to ask), FREE server management tool that you guys prefer. Just has to be able to switch between worlds, and support the standard console commands. Needs to run on Windows!

One of our moderators offers a completely free and open source server panel that, in my opinion, seems very attractive and promising. Most of the paid platforms are not the best (like Multicraft or McMyAdmin) anyways, so you're smart for looking for something free first.

Unfortunately I don't think its really what he needs right now. My panel is really more of a hosting solution, not so much for individual use.
I might suggest MCMA if you want a fancy panel, or check out some of the things on the Bukkit site that are wrappers. I can't name any off the top of my head aside from mark2 unfortunately, but I know there are quite a few out there.
Multicraft would probably be the best fit for you. I'd suggest PufferPanel but as Fish said, it's a more "serious" panel with a lot more functions that you might need. You could also try McMyAdmin..

Ah, ok.
If there's any panel I'd recommend that is paid, it would have to be TCAdmin. There really are no free panels that are of good quality, even though Multicraft offers a free version of their panel (not worth it).

Hopefully you guys can help guide me!
Edit: I've read through this already:
