Every provider has a plus or minus we find, some all around are pretty good however you run into issues all of the time with things like null routes etc, some of the cheaper places will null route your IP for 3 hours min others 24 hours. This is something you really must know before getting colocation also what their costs are for remote hands, some providers will reboot the server and switch a kvm for you others will charge you $25 each time they do that. Racking your servers if you send new ones to the datacenter what will the costs for this be.
One of the best places I've done business with is ColoUnlimited however there are things about them that are listed above, null routes are for 3 hours min on ddos attacks, racking servers is $75 per server which ads up when you ship out 10-20 servers it's cheaper to fly out there which we've done a few times now. However overall they're really good I can't recall offhand if they provide 1/4's however their newest location should be open now which would be good for you.
