You'd be looking toward a billing system and control panel. If you're still learning the basics, I'd recommend applying for a few hosting companies and see if they'd be willing to show you the ropes while having you assigned to sales and/or support.

Adding to what KZN said; If you don't know how to set the whole system up yet, you probably shouldn't run a company just yet.. I know it's very blunt, but it's the truth. We see all too many inexperienced hosts popping up these days, which end up making customers angry/annoyed and gives the whole industry a bad rep.
Until you gain substantial experience, like KZN said, I recommend applying at a reputable company and learning from them. Set up a VPS or two so you can learn Linux, etc.
Ok... I Just Dont Like Applying I Prefer Owning Instead Of Working
Owning a company is still working. Even though we're more established now, I can honestly say I still work by butt off every day.
But yes, I see what you're saying. Maybe just boot up a couple cheap VPS' like I suggested earlier so you can learn how to manage a server correctly, maintain Multicraft, WHMCS, etc.
If that's the case, we can look into a Reseller plan for you which means we hosts the services and it's your job to acquire the sales and set your own pricing. Included with this, we'll provide you with the support too. I've added you on Skype so that we can have a bit of a chat and see which of our Reseller bundles which might be suitable for you.
Look forward to speaking with you there! :-)
