How much are you paying for either of the machines? If it's in the 10 - 25$ range, I would recommend getting either the k-3 or k-4 dedi from kimsufi instead.
You only need multiple IPs if you want multiple dns records such as hub.yourserver.com and pvp.yourserver.com or if you want to remove the port from all of or multiple servers. What is your budget?

Which is partially false. If you use SRV records, simply alternate ports and then use a SRV record to bypass the port.

Designing 100% custom logos for $30. PM me for more information as well as a portfolio.
Well there's a reason their dedicated servers are like $20.. OVH customer service will not help you with any software related questions, but will assist with hardware issues if any arise.
Which dedicated server hosting should I get?
Option 1:
Dual Intel Xeon 5150
2.66Ghz - 2 processors
4 Cores / 4 Thread
8GB DDR2
5 usable IPv4 Address
100 Mbps / Unmetered Transfer or 1Gbit Port 20TB Bandwidth
Option 2:
AMD AthlonII X4 620
4 GB DDRIII 1333 Memory
2 IP Addresses
100 Mbps / Unmetered Transfer
I will be running a heavily modded server(130 or so mods) so which one should I get, or should I stick with shared hosting?
Give me an internet if you think I deserve one!
They're both terrible machines, I'd think shared would be better than the two of those combined.
If you had to choose one, which one would it be?

Do you need to have multiple IP addresses to run multiple MC servers on that dedicated server?
If so, Do you know any cheap dedicated server hosts that allow multiple IP addresses?

Just as many claim SRV records 'partially' work.
I've also heard that Kimsufi is not reliable and has terrible customer service. Have you guys used Kimsufi?

Can you tell me of a more expensive(up to $50) reliable dedicated server hosting?

SoYouStart. Still owned by OVH, but much better hardware.
I'm gonna go with SYS, but for now, my current shared hosting should cut it.

I have to say, stay away from Soyoustart/OVH (same Company)
i have terrible experience with them,
all there server don't have ipmi/kvm, if something gone wrong no help will be received.
you can order ipkvm but even when i order one it's never work and nobody helps.
