Would anyone care to recommend a suitable dedicated server provider that offers additional dedicated IPs?
I recently discovered that SoYouStart does not offer additional dedicated IPs, only failover IPs?
I would like to start a server hosting company so please shoot me some recommendations, it would really help.

Most "regular" companies do, all of the OVH brand companies (OVH, Kimsufi, SoYouStart) don't. Just look around more. Also most will want an extra $10-25/m for a /27 IPv4 range.

It really depends on the location of where your main focus (target market) is that you're specifically wanting. OVH has multiple locations around the world, but they're more so a good starter until you can pay more for better quality and more region specific areas.
Typically each IP will be $1 each or so, but like Exodus said, you have to get them in ranges. Typically you get a standard /29 (5 usable IP's), then /28 (13 usable IP's) and so on and so forth. A /27 would be your best viable option for starting, but can be a bit pricey on top of what you're already paying for the servers. Your best viable option would buy off of a reseller so that you have support (not Minecraft specific, but just dedicated server specific help).
You definitely need to watch your prices though because changing your prices will make a lot of people unhappy. So you really need to have a set amount of prices even if you pay twice as much as OVH to get really great quality servers even though you make less than what you would have.

Hi and thanks for your response.
However, I am Australian and OVH doesn't accept Australian custoemrs. I've been with SoYouStart and they do not sell IP blocks unfortunately, only failover IPs which basically aren't additional IPs.
Would you guys recommend any other reliable, cheap and awesome dedicated server providers that offer additional dedicated IPs? Additional IPs is a MUST for me, as I'm going to start up my own server hosting biz.
I am wondering if you would be able to answer a quick question for me that sort of relates to this thread. Today I was thinking about renting a VPS from ovh.co.uk which I want to use to host a 20 player MC server, TS server and small website.
I don't think I fully understand how IPs work with a VPS. I assume that I can host all 3 of the above on one VPS with one IP because they can each use different ports. I could also use sub-domains with this.
Could you please confirm this because you seem like you are knowledgeable on this subject?

I somehow managed to purchase the 64GB RAM server off OVH with an Australian address. I swear it denied me the last time I tried to.
Thank you for all your help!
