Well, than I would want better weather. Droughts, rainbows, floods, and plants being affected by those things. Maybe also some more expansion to the nether, like new ores and dungeons, maybe some dead trees too
Right. I don't know why so many people think that 2.0 is what comes after 1.9. This isn't math class so version numbers don't need to be base 10.
I seriously doubt there will ever be a Minecraft 2.0, but if there is, it would probably be re-written in platform independent C++ so it could be run on PC, Mac, Linux, Xbox, Playstation, etc. Imagine a world where you could play Minecraft on your PC and play with people across the world on Xbox on the same server.
You should revert thread title. 1.10 update would be the same scale as past 1.6 and 1.5 updates were.
You think? I don't know, after 9 long updates, I'm sure mojang would update minecraft with something huge. If they did it for 1.0.0, I'm sure they would do it again.

1.0.0 was Beta 1.9, so it was part two of 1.8, so it wasn't designed to be a milestone because of its version number or anything.
i have just one question about this: what the [insert cuss word] is mod a.p.i?

The Minecraft Mod API when its added could range from being able to use mods by clicking on them like a texture pack. Or having a menu to download them from.
I assume the red dragon will be in 1.8. You know since the Ender Dragon was added in Beta 1.8. As far as 1.10 or 2.0 goes I think they will blow our minds like the usally do to me.
It will never exist.
