"you are right but i don't want to admit it... maybe if i tell you to shut up i will win!"
They complained that I complained about them complaining about something insignificant on the internet. Does that prove me right? Also, now the word "complain" doesn't sound like a real word anymore.
The funny part is, I didn't even agree/disagree with them, I was just pointing out that people tend to get extremely invested in the games that they play, and even the most insignificant changes can seem like a big deal to some people which their angry response would seem to verify.

"It's a walk in the park. A very scary park, filled with monsters who are trying to kill me.
Operation 'Will Most Likely End Badly' is a go."
Not necessarily. It could just mean "Your point is so invalid that it doesn't deserve to become an argument."
Well clearly the person who used it that way and ONLY using those two words didn't put much of an argument either, as i, personally, would say something like
"shut up, your point has such little logic, it almost breaks all the laws of physics by just being mentioned, you sir, need to think up better ones"
This is not a troll thread, it is a pointed statement thread for those of us who played long enough to get attached to some of the parts of Minecraft.
Well I guess you're well within your right to complain about it. I suppose it'd be easy to get attached to aesthetics. I've played since long before we had any animals and I do love the way all the animals look right now. Guess the only difference is that I also like the changes being made.
Sorry for your discontent. I guess it's just an attempt to polish up the game a little. I don't believe it's ruining aesthetic or anything, since the snout is still a cube. If anything that's reinforcing the theme. I wonder if the other animals or mobs will be changed much. Notch found a tweet about the cows' utters interesting after posting the pig screenshot.

... HAHA, look at us, arguing about arguing....
Maybe you should go post a thread on arguing somewhere so we don't have to argue about it in this thread. Nothing anyone says is going to solve your argument, anyways.
If you took the time to read the rest of the posts, you would know that you are the only one complaining. And complaining about what other people are posting about when it is not offensive or rude is just lame.
You even said yourself that you were complaining about this in another post so dont try to fool yourself.

Since I first started Minecraft quite a while ago, I really liked the way pigs were designed. I would not have posted this thread if I didn't think they looked better the way they used to be, but like I said before, I am not going to throw the game away like a spoiled child who didn't get his way. Thank you for seeing my point.
This goes to show people will complain about ANYTHING and EVERYTHING.
And this goes to show that many people don't even look at the discussion before posting randomly with their somewhat ill thought out opinion on the matter.
this has to be a joke, right? game breaking? please.
I am not even going to point you in the right direction. I have said it too many times already, maybe you should try actually reading the first post and some of the others.

I have to agree the pigs look just really weird right now with snouts in the pictures.
more importantly, we are waiting for 1.8, we've been waiting for months literally and he wants to hold it back because of bugs, meanwhile he's changeing the character model over something that hasnt been complained about at all for no reason and potentially putting more bugs in the game update makeing us wait longer for 1.8

just why?
Why would slightly changing a model cause bugs?

Colored text indicates in-character statements/actions. Because Forum Games has basically just been a big open RP for a long time now and it's the only place I ever post anymore, when I post at all.

Thank you for your input, I have already stated that there will be plenty of people who like the new look.

I have never complained about this before, so I don't know where you are coming from here.
*sigh*
once you get more mature, you will know the difference between a complaint and a pointed statement of fact. I am completely serious about the latter.

You made me sad. :sad.gif:
Anyways, I like the new snouts.

I was refuting this statement.

Ah. Thank you for clarifying. I never saw anyone complain personally, though. Or even heard of complaints.
