The Minecraft forums are ridiculous sometimes. I think there should honestly be some sort of age restriction.
I really don't understand the midset of "I'm having trouble, the game must be broken!"
If I die, or really, if I get hurt in a game, that's my indicator I'm doing something wrong, and I need to change my strategy or practice. I haven't died in Minecraft except for twice on my first world, and if I see one more thread about how frustrating creepers are I am going to lose my **** because fighting them is literally point n' click.
Less relevant, but your avatar makes me super happy. Imaginarium is a brilliant game.
Shard, I love you. I'm with you on this. I'm just damn good at this game. Hate us for it or whatever, we're good.
And I think you mean The Neverhood? Or Skull Monkeys? Those two games are responsible for my brain being GREY not PINK. You know, they're porting The Neverhood to mobile devices before the end of the year. I'm so so so excited for that. Doug TenNapel is really good at making money.
Step 1: Find Enderman
Step 2: Kill Endermen
Step 3: ?????
Step 4: Profit
But seriously, I feel minecraft is a bit too easy unless you are into the whole challenges thing or if you like to leave your base to adventure. Harder mobs to me is a sign of more good things to come. If people are so concerned about them and lack the skill/intelligence to build a better base, then there is a peaceful mode and there are mods to remove mobs. Glad to see a bunch of like-minded games who don't cower in fear of change.

I don't understand why people are smoking out this idea, I'm not that big a fan of WoW, but can you guys at least give reasons as to why you are opposed to this?

I always hear people call it Imaginarium, but it's been a while since I played it, so I'm somewhat scrambled title-wise. I just wish I had anything mobile I'd be able to play it on.
Edit: WHOOPS ON-TOPIC RULE
First off I would like to say that I do agree with your point. The Endermen are coming, and since when is a little added challenge a bad thing? If what people are constantly saying about them only moving generated blocks is true, then you don't even have that to worry about. If it isn't, what is one or two blocks a night?
What I cannot agree with are your means for arguing. Saying that you are superior to another person through life experience is one thing, but then to delve into person insults about one's sexual experiences. . . bad form mate, very bad form. In fact, it more than cancels out any higher education you may have. You claim that the forums are populated by young immature children and that you are above them in some way. . . If that is true, the least you could do is act your own age.
Dude, no one cares how old you are, or whether or not you have a diploma. You get no more ground to stand on from it. I'll play nice if you take a breath and use that pink(lrn2anatomy, Mr. dimloma) thing in your skull before putting words down for all eternity on the internet.
See? Anyone can do it. Now get the **** over yourself, nobody cares how old you are. I wouldn't give a rat's ass if you were Einstein, it doesn't make your argument valid unless you can provide a valid argument and not just name-callings.
LOL. I addressed your arguments, by saying that I think endermen will be annoying due to the constant necessary maintenance they will make necessary. You provided no counter argument, just insults and a personal biography.
Bravo. Unadventurer, I do not deny that you have a right to express your frustration. But the way in which you expess your feelings... Flaming, bragging (that's what it seems like)... No you come off as an arrogant, condescending, Supremacist willing to submit the fact that he has a few years more than other people as proof that you are superior to them. You stereotype aN entire age group, and insult them as well. You may or maY not be like this off the web. I am merely telling you the image you are creating for yourself online. And frRom what i've seen, it's not good. Realize that while you are entitled to your own opinion, others are entitled to theirs as well. Respect that fact.

Couldnt have put it better myself. The forum needs more cool heads like you. +1 to you my friend

Fact of the matter is, when you're young, you haven't experienced as much, so you won't know as much. Some young people, are smart, sure, and some old people are dumb, yes, but not usually. It's much less of a stereotype as an educated guess about how people will act based on facts and prior experience. (also, I'm not sure how old YOU are, but there's a slew of spelling and grammar mistakes in your post. Your browser ought to have a spellcheck/spelling suggestion function, use it.)
And I'm not sure how you can call him a "supremacist". People grow older, so they will get smarter as time goes on. Seems considerably more insulting than what he said to me.
I don't think I did [start the flame war] either. I'm just fighting in it. So... are you team jacob or team edward?
Oh snap. But that's not the only ludicrous contradiction in this sordid mess of a thread. Let's make a thread complaining about people complaining. Don't worry though, it's an open exchange: an open exchange where we mercilessly insult those who happen to have a different view from our own. It's alright though, because some of us are 24 (that's twice 12, so twice as manly) and we have a college education and therefore have the right to belittle others senselessly.
Do you see where I am going with this? Stop being so ridiculous. Or at least do it privately. You are cluttering a perfectly decent forum with your incessant babbling.
I am not afraid of the Endermen.
I am afraid for the human race.

I think endermen are the best mobs yet, it requires some thinking to get out of an endermen encounter unharmed. Adds a real reason to stay in at night.
Like it or not, for the first week of minecraft I was scared shitless, no idea why. I was hiding in my hobbit hole wondering where that strange noise was coming from. Them when I finally got out I was attacked by a giant spider.

It's actually a reference to Collegehumor's "We didn't start the flame war"
I've been double crossed!

I doff my hat to you, sir!
I was 13 once. I ****ing sucked. Good job not sucking. I commend you!
Man, I was just really stupid when I was 12-13...

No way, you're way early. I was only getting less idiotic to make people think I was someone else and not the hated kiddo.
I need to sig this.
