Not really. I prefer new items, not stuff like mob difficulty and things :sad.gif:
I actually think the villager and mob AI is really neat. Jon has done good.
You should like jungles and ocelots if you prefer physical content, though.

Agree, but zombies give me creep, not only creeper ......
I like the jungles and ocelots a lot, but what I'm really interested in are the Desert Wells. Will they be dungeon based? Will they have new monsters? New monsters... to kill? New drops... New... New TREASURES! TEEHEEHEE, more killy killy looty looty!
It's a greatly needed update. I want new items too, but I understand that a lot of things need to be tweaked first. people deserve a true challenge.
The Enderdragon can't even hurt you! What kind of an end game is this!!!!!
The new world height change is a welcomed sight. I want to be able to look up and not worry about hitting the skylimit. I want them to fix the border walls and biome issues when they change the terrain generator, because that would mean they could add more awesome things to the generator in the future. Jeb is fixing/has fixed the biome overlap in 1.2 if my interpretation of his post is correct. 1.2 will be trhe first step towards seamless terrain transitions.
World height and biomes screwing up are two issues that many felt they would never try to improve upon. the fact that both are being improved upon in a single update, while the modding API is being worked on probably with the help of bukkit in the background. It is a good time to be a Minecrafter!
I'm sure everyone on the forum would like to go back to old way of updating back in Beta. Notch should come back so he can update the whenever he felt like it regardless of what bugs hadn't been fixed yet. People were very fond of that way of updating.

You like people complaining and being sad?
I don't think that's part of the update......
WTF?
We got new wood block types and new leaf block types. :smile.gif:
But, you know, it's not like 1.0 where you have new potions......
It's just a thought out of nowhere......
The snapshots aren't done yet. We could still get a few new items.
