When I first played 1.0.0 all i saw was ocan biome no shroom biome or snow biomes ! We need like jungle biomes or volcanic biomes with like , well what im saying is we need more chalenging terrain !

Any biomes that are added need to have a purpose. Either an item or a block or a mob that is only found in that area, or something similar. Adding a rainforest is pointless if it only makes the trees closer together without adding, say, poisonous snakes or something.
The rainforest probably should be added back into the game. (Jungle ferns are unobtainable in survival as it is.) Except it should be reworked like the swamp was for 1.8.
Maybe make 90% of the trees that spawn in the rainforest be tall and multibranched or just make a new tree shape exclusively for rainforests. (tall and forming a canopy that lowers sunlight hitting the forest floor.)

If you want a volcano biome, that would be easy. If you wanted ERUPTIONS, that would be impossible.
What is it in your mind that makes it impossible to wire Java code for an eruption in a game that is actively being developed? There is nothing that could prevent anyone who knows how to write code to create a new entity that spawns on the top of a volcano that would shoot flames and projectiles like that of a Ghast or a Blaze and generates lava around itself.. There are very few things when it comes to programming that is just flat out impossible. The volcano peak could even be spawned with an Eruption entity much like the Prefab villages do but only appear on formations made of specific blocks or elevation in a "volcano biome"
The OP needs to look for a better world seed. I've had no trouble locating all the biomes in most of the seeds I've generated or played on in SMP. The only one which is hard to find is the mushroom biome, and from what I understand that's because they only show up in the middle of the large ocean biomes.
But even with that, I don't have much trouble locating a few mushroom biomes with some travel. Usually you just need to build up some supplies and take some boats along with you. If you're impatient, load up the world seed into a new Creative map in single player, and fly around until you spot one. As long as it's the same seed generated with the same game version, it will be in the same location.
