I was thinking for a storyline or something, when (if) they make vilagers less derpy. In some vilages, the head chief guy if you see him could say something like "hello traveler..." but then he says something like " Recently one of the villagers had gone exploring a cave, but he never returned, a search party was sent out but all they found was this" and behind him theres a chest with track 11
Exactly what I am thinking. Also, I heard a drawer being pulled or chest open, and something being slapped on to a table or something, like some sort of portfolio or folder.
I just figured it out, it all makes sense now, its not a book, its a Scroll! the sound before he opens it up is the sound of a buckled clasp holding them closed, and then the sound of a lighter to see what is on it, and it must not have been something he was sapost to read
There may or may not be any correlation between the two as of right now, but I think we should have fun with the idea that there is. Even if it proves false in the end. :tongue.gif:
I would like to think there was something worse/scarier out there in Mincraftia then Herobrine. Record 11 makes me want to think waaaay back to the "in game" history of Minecraft. I think it would be interesting if the person running was Herobrine before he was a ghost(or whatever he is supposed to be). Perhaps this was the moment when he would become the eventual horror of the foggy Minecraft worlds. XD
Minecraft is all about imagination/survival/adventure... be creative with your ideas on "what record 11 means." ^^
First of all, lets try to figure out were is he,ok?
Surface////////////Its a option cuz he appear to have some dogs and walks on dirt/gravel
Nether/////////////I dont think so,there inst dogs/gravel(actualy there is,but is very rare)there
StrongHolds////////Ah well, there is a lot of bookstores there, but the dirt in the end, cold be he trying to scape?
Abandoneted mines//He cold be,like, mining and something came out of the darkness, but the dog,the dirt...
Random notes!
The sound of the chest, lets think about it,when you now you are going to die(hungry, for example) you put all of your goods in a chest, right?
So that miner knew he was going to die, but, who wold do those kinda thing?
my interpretation of 11 is that it hints on comming updates if you listen he's clearly running in the beginning then 1/3 of the way through you hear some growl inside the walls as he's rigging up what might be a repel hook he take his time and then you hear something coming down the hallway behinde him he gets his rig set then charges at a cliff face where he looses his recorder mo the mountian side on the way down
the verdict?
i think it hints at what lies inside the strong holds and unique drops from with in their chests
hence the repel the running and the unceremonious end
It sounds to me like the scream at the end is a ghast, which would make sense if the music was in the game during the Nether release. Also, 13 is not joyous and upbeat, that's Cat :tongue.gif:
heres my thoughts, fellow theorists:i think this is a man,(with a pet wolf/dog) being chased by a new mob that makes music as its sound.so heres what i think happened.
the man is running from this mob. with his dog.in a stronghold/mine/place.he is running, running, and he comes across a chest. he opens it, and sees a book/map/something to be read. he lights a torch, and starts coughing from the smoke. he isnt paying attention, and the music starts to play that the monster makes. finally, he hears it, and runs. fast. he sees a wall of dirt, and starts trying to dig through it (sounds more like digging then running 2 me)his dog is waiting patiently, turns around, sees the mob. growls. the mob attacks, it ends.
He's mining. He happens to hit a stronghold. He is near a library and enters. He unlocks a chest (thus the clicking) and removes a book. It could be anything, perhaps a history of the people who built the stronghold. As he begins to read horror takes over him. He runs to leave but the undead are everywhere. He begins to tunnel to the surface. Almost there... and suddenly he's dead. They've killed him.
PEOLE NOTCH SAID HE HAD A SECRET MOB COMMING ON 1.10 THIS MIGHT BE MORE CREEEEEEPY THEN HEROBRINE OR WOOORSE :sad.gif:
NO ONE KNOW BUT NOTCH THAT THERES A NEW MOB LOL ME **** MY PANTS
Think notch is going to start secret updates again and this time herobrine is going to be added... Just a thought maybe he'll make a "Bug fix" update and add herobrine when you play this track he'll come from underneath the ground and attack you. Just a thought though...
So, I read through all of your guys opinions and brought them together to make somewhat of a 'mystery'.
There was once a player, long before INdev that was possibly testing the game for his brother, Notch
There may have been something or someone messing with the system.
Brine, Notch's brother that was testing heard something in what was a 'cave' back then.
They went deeper into the cave and found that there was diamond ore right in front of the cave, Notch decided it was a bug and was going to fix it tomorrow, and after that he went to sleep. But Brine stayed up, believing in myths and legends.
Notch turned the lights off in the room so it was pretty dark. Brine kept on hearing those eerie sounds in the caves, and Notch didn't mention anything about putting cave music into the game. Then, he saw faces, those mobs from Infdev, and when he got to Bedrock, he was a bit disappointed. He just wanted to mess around so he tried to mine the bedrock. Surprisingly it broke and led you to a Diamond room. In there he saw a chest. In the chest there was a book. He placed a torch on the wall on took the book. He by accidentally right clicked and the book opened. In the book there were strange pictures of black disfigured humans with green eyes in it. He heard something from behind and seemed to see a smirk on a black-block face. A passage opened in the Diamond blocks and he decided to run through it. it led to the Nether. He ran for a while until he saw an exit. The exit closed on his arrival, and Brine was left to face a Game Over! But no Game Over! came. Only a human choke and Brines head falling onto the keyboard. He died. It ended. Brine is now in the game, searching for WHAT or WHO killed him.
The beginning and end are not part of the CD story. Any expansions onto this idea?
yea the endermen poped up one day to find this brine person but they failed to find him they thought steve was him and killed steve but steve kept coming back and finally they asked steave where brine was and they said i dont know and they slagther steve again and then the endermen found the disc and played it and saw a paper with brines name on it and smelled it and seeked out brine and find him in a stronghold full of brainwashed silverfish and they tryed to get to the but the endermen got slaugthered by the donzens by the silverfish and brine has been sitting in that stronghold too this day
Well, considering that the track "13" is disc number 1, and the track "11" is disc number 11, we get the two points (1,13) and (11,11).
Using a graphing calculator, the Least Squares Regression Line is ŷ = 13.2 - 0.2x, where x is the disc number. The explanatory variable, x, is the disc number, and the response variable, y, is the track title number.
The correlation r is equal to -1.0, and the coefficient of determination, r2, is equal to 1.0.
Therefore, we can conclude that, in response to the question "Is there a correlation?", there is a perfectly linear, negative correlation between Music Disks 11 and 13, and 100.0% of the variation in the data is explained by the LSRL.
....
Okay, I'm sorry. I just HAD to do that. Blame AP Statistics. Heck, most of that was B.S that only sounds legit...
ON TOPIC, I'd say that there could be a relation between the two music discs. However, if there is, I'd say that it wasn't premeditated. Perhaps Mojang thought that they could do something more in depth with the tracks, but only as an afterthought.
But here's a question...why is disc 13 all golden and nice, while disc 11 is all beat up and old?
The 11 Disc sounds like a normal Minecraftian after he's discovered an unknown mob that notch didn't declare. He runs away from the Mob and finds a safe spot to look up the mob in a book. He couldn't figure it out so he ran outta the caves and died. This probably means that we might find a mysterious mob and look it up in google and seeing nothing about it, we freak out and get killed by it. Or maybe nothing will happen at all.
I don't understand wy sooooo many ppl asking 4 vanilla thingz, u have pirated teh game? No.(I hope) So wy so many vanilla, if we are talking about the same vanilla (serverz and worlds) and not the weed one...
So yeah guys, if you're up for the whole Herobrine thing I've got a nifty little treat for you! So i found these .mus files and wondered wtf they were, whenever I find a strange filetype, i pop it open in notepad. These .mus files when opened in notepad display a huge list of different Kanji, which can be translated from either japanese, or chinese. Using google translate there were some very interesting words that seem like they could have something with minecraft to do, and there were also a huge ammount of really really creepy ****. However of course this probably has nothing to do with anything and it's just the filetype screwing with me, but I found it quite interesting, give it a try yourself!
Ah. Made an account just to reply to this.
Actually, I did just that. But when I opened up the notepad I got a bunch of symbols instead. Being the curious me and trying to see if there might be hidden kanji in it, I placed it in google translate.

but thats just a dumb thought

in 1.5ish I think.
it's always been in the game files.
Indeed, it's quite an old track, it just hasn't been accessible to the player now. I do commend C148 on their ability to create such a track, though.

btw this was filimed in 1.2_01 plus its not accturely corect
