Hello,
I struggle with this even while writing this post. On the old IPB forum, when you pressed RETURN (ENTER) on your keyboard, it would move to the next line. One line. Whether it was the raw text editor or the rich one, I could trust that the blinking line would move to the next line of my post. What if I wanted to skip two lines? I would press the button twice, easy.
Now, it seems that some "logic" has been implemented that detects paragraphs or something of that nature... and it seems that often when I press ENTER it skips two lines rather than one. This is frustrating as I often must press "backspace." I listed this as "feedback" and not a bug because to me it seems intentional.
This has been discussed endlessly. As of right now we can't change how the editor detects "enter", but it will be addressed in a future update (which hopefully comes soon). No one likes how it is currently, even staff :|

Has anyone else experienced this?
Like this (SHIFT+ENTER)
And we're all good!
Hope that helps!
Aside from a few minor issues like this, the Cobalt platform is looking really nice.
