A content pack is a mod that works with an existing content adding mod for Minecraft, or something that specifically uses a mod to create one. Something that requires Modloader is not a content pack, but something that uses a mod designed for custom content packs to be made would be posted here.
Requirements:
-You must link to the original mod in your thread.
-You must tag the original mod in your topic tag.
-Must have pictures.
-Must have installation instructions.
-No asking for a content pack to update.

No, its basically for a mod that edits (or adds features to) an existing mod. Now this is really giving me more reasons to finish my re-write to make it easier for others to add custom weapons/shields to my mod
This is the 19th reply in this subforum. And I want to say I really like the idea to get all the add- ons and content packs in one place. Now the moderators just have to move them from the main mod forum to this one.
Well, this sub forum has been getting some wrong posts here (mods being put in here etc.)
Nobody can read anything, so, why aren't they being told to read first. Besides, I think we should make a window pop up everytime a new person access the page and it won't close for 30 seconds. (then again, they'll complain that they don't want to follow rules)

On topic: I can see how useful this would be for mods like flan's mod and IC2. Thanks forum admins and stuff!
