Hello, this is my first mod, and it it supposed to be a small crossover between SirSengir's Forestry and Azanor's ThaumCraft.
What this mod does, is it adds a machine that will take vis and taint and store these in forestry cans and capsules. This is meant for the easy transfer of vis/taint from one area to another, e.g. relocating a lab.
To unbottle: Place near a tank, put filled capsules into the input, the liquid is then transferred to the tank.

It should be mostly bugless, but back up your saves just in case.
Please post bugs and suggestions and I will make my best attempts at fulfilling the requests.
ToDo:
A special TileEntity renderer for seeing progress outside of the GUI.
Waiting on forge to track Entity removal so that people don't toss the cans/capsules into lava.

Forge 3.3.8 has 4096 blockID's so... yes, I do use my own blockID.
Ah. I just installed your add-on and had no conflicts. Block id 2600 was available after all. I wonder why when you do a "Dump ID Map Now" from NEI, it won't dump available IDs from 256-4096. I had told it to dump unused block ids and got an empty file (all of the ids up to 255 are used up), but apparently I do have lots of space higher up in the ID space. Yay! Thanks Yayformee!
By the way, it would be very helpful if you could bake the version number 0.2 or whatever into the filename for the zip. That way I can just compare my file in the mods folder with this thread from time to time to see if I need to update. Thanks.
Dude, have you informed the creator of the Vis Bees addon of this? He was working on this exact type of thing. Maybe you two could bundle your mods together or at least post each others as recommended mods.
Edit: Any chance buckets will work in the block?

Hopefully soon, there will be a hook in forge for tracking when an entity is removed from the world.
I don't really want to edit base classes, but I would have to at this point. So yeah, just waiting on forge.
You could track if the player throws the item out of their inventory, and have the item turn into a fake "tainted vis capsule item" entity that releases taint if it's killed.
I personally won't care if there is a way to destroy the taint or not, since my preference is to simply store it all. The resources for more thaumium reinforced tanks aren't a big deal to me.
I can't seem to unbottle my bottled taint. It's right next to a thaumium tank, but when I place the bottled taint in the input, nothing happens.

Bug 1. It only un-bottles to normal wooden vis storage tanks
Bug 2. It keeps un-bottling, even if the tank is full, resulting in a rather interesting visual bug where the taint/vis begins VISUALLY expanding out of the tank itself

if vis cant be stored in normal tanks than shouldnt it be the same for capsules? now MAGIC capsules on the other hand........ just a suggestion but it would be truer to the original mod. maybe even capsules made of thaumium ingots would be simpler and would keep your mod more independent
