Why has the playerbase been so low lately? And why is it so laggy? What happened?

I quit due to constant griefing. You should add optional protection..

There's an issue with the current map, corrupt chunks I believe, resolving it as soon as possible.

Griefing is one of the many freedoms of this servers principles, protections would cancel that out.
