Patch day today! We're closing down the server on a temporary map to sort out some patch stuff. Whitelisters can connect to the server using their updated clients. Get on Ventrilo chat for textures or patch assistance.

pressing f1+f2 will screenshot the minecraft window. i don't know where they end up on PCs, but if you know where your texture pack zips go, they're probably just one directory back from there in a directory conveniently marked "screenshots".
We will revisit your ban once we have the server running normally again. You were asked to stay out of the way several times before you were banned; you need to learn to take it easy. I will ensure your ban is removed once we get our setup running.
News for 1/16/2010: We are nearly ready to open things back up to guests. We are back on the main map, so guests connecting will be kicked, just until we are ready to open things back up to the public. Stay tuned.
The temporary map has been a lot of fun, except for annoying redstone bugs, but it gave us some time to stretch our vanilla building legs ( -- chopping your own wood! who knew?) and really get the texture pack where we want it to be before we head back to the main map!
here are the shots from "the lodge" project that a bunch of us pitched in on. I think we really got some neat stuff accomplished for interior detailing:
we love the sub, nic. when the server's back to normal, i will be sure you get on the whitelist and get a tour of the facilities. good playing with you today!
It's amazing what the Voxel Box can do when faced with one of their worst nightmares... A temporary map and no plugins!
But while ridgedog worked his butt off diligently bringing the server back to its former glory, plusnine, cisco, aitren, nebula, featherblade, and many others tested, built, and had a overall good time.
This is the result, the few moments before the server was to be moved back into the former glory!
Now....... i got it :biggrin.gif: Ty ty but dumb Minecraft update has like Canceled all connection with large servers and what not....
