Upon playing here from the first 2 hours of the server until now, the 5th of June, I have experienced a severe lack of quality service and any sort of professionalism to allow for fair game and play.
The servers owner may seem nice at a first glance, but upon any sort of situation in which you're unhappy with something he will tell you that you "grow up" or "go away" for trying to have a discussion (which is heated by the other parties ALL-CAPPING and making you seem like the "bad guy".
Beany and William have shown themselves to be good guys and are definately not prone to raging like a 6yo who's been told he can't eat any ice-cream. I still suggest giving this server a try, however do not join a town as people are allowed to steal from you (LWC was not implemented until just yesterday, and chests could be raided by other people and was not frowned upon as griefing).
You MUST be in a town to use LWC, so choose wisely. I'll recommend CowVille, strongly. Cabraghboy is decent, but Fullerton definately has some big issues with its Mayor.
EDIT: I take that back.. if you **** off the owners friend you will get banned and then a lovely post made that accuses you of hacking.

ON ANOTHER NOTE: Just added a plugin that allows Ender Dragon RESPAWN after a set amount of time.
The map has been reset to fix the economy
iConomy chest shop has been added to stabilize the economy.
