First, watch someone very carefully, with numerous weapons
When they go back to their house to get food or pickaxes or whatever, sneak in after them.
When they're engrossed in the chest menu and can't move, beat the crap out of them with a sword :biggrin.gif:
Then loot the house and burn it to the ground.
If it's made of stone use :tnt:.

Or, sneak into someone's house and put under the floor in front of their workbenches and chests. Make a path of to the outside. When they go in, light it and make like a bat outta hell. If they survive it, jump down into the TNT pit and kill them.
OR you can just OMEN to find hidden chests, then loot them.
So many choices, so little time!

Also, if someone has a 2nd floor, or a roof, go up there and put some TNT on the edge. When they walk under it, click it and watch it fall. There will be two seconds of 'WTF?!' and then they'll die :ohmy.gif:
It comes out in a few days. so brace yourselves for murder, arson, and robbery!
1: get under their base
2: dig.
3: build a small chamber, very irregularly shaped, with airlocks at all entrances, and 4-6 silver ore blocks in one wall
4: "accidentally" breach their base
5: shove off, leave them to explore
6: wait for them to mine the silver ore blocks in the chamber, letting in the water, triggering the airlocks, trapping them inside to drown.
7: giggle and loot their ****
I will stalk my enemy's doing my best not to be Seen. And at the right moment i will charge at them with an iron or diamond sword thus ending there life.
If any of you have played _Jacob's CTF Server, you'll be familiar with mines. You should be able to craft them like TNTs, and plant them whereever. HUGE swastika (or other offensive symbol) with mine-fence all the way around. Try to not enjoy that. On second thought, kamikaze pigs would be great. Or when they're not looking, re-skin Minecraft so the TNTs look like pigs, and watch as they "harvest" the pig.

Hey, try Red Eclipse. It's a free online shooter. It's shweet.
This is how I'd end up doing things If I were to be completely pure evil in Multiplayer Minecraft.
It's a normal, sunny day in the server. After I've been wandering around for a couple of hours, I finally find someone else in the distance, with their own home. I approach them, and offer them a gift bearing many pieces of coal that I've dug up. Naturally, I slowly gain their own trust and help them with everything. I mine with them, grow crops with them, we become brothers. And then, on a night when we're mining in the caves for anything we can find, I'll lure zombies to ourselves and we fight them. Once we get back to mining, I'll pull out TNT when he's not looking and then set it to explode. The TNT explodes near him, and he obtains damage, while blaming a creeper that was nearby. He'll look at me oddly, but expect nothing else than what seems to be the truth. After which, I'll begin mining in another direction entire, to a patch of dirt and rock that I had previously outfitted with a water stream from the outside. I would have make sure it was an area I saw previously with iron and coal. I'd tell my victim that I found some coal and iron there recently. As I watch him dig, he penetrates the trap that I placed for him, and the entire mine floods. I whip out my sword while he's overtaken by the flood, and kill him on the spot. Now that he has been drowned and stabbed to death, I make it out of the mine and into his home. I'll take everything he owns and holds dear to him, and I will set whatever remains of the home on fire and destroy it until there is absolutely no evidence that shows that there was a home there. All of it, down to the stairs, are gone. Anything I don't need, I will throw away manually into a small hole and I'll keep on walking like I was previously.
Suddenly, when I come by to another home, I find the person who is there. I offer them some of the things I have, and earn their trust. They will then ask me about my past history, and I'll say in a depressed tone of voice, "My previous partner was killed in a mining accident while I was farming. I... He was like a brother to me." He will sympathize with me, and pity me. We will team up and do everything again.
And I shall repeat what I did. And it will done again, and again, and again. And every time that I leave the places that I destroyed, the lives that I have killed, and the materials I have stolen, I will merely smile. I will laugh with the laughter of many kings celebrating victory, and my madness will move on! Will my motives be for profit? NAY! IT SHALL BE MERELY FOR THE DEATH AND DESTRUCTION OF ALL! These trivial things like iron and coal... Diamond would be worth keeping. I will be enjoying the death of all of them, on all of the innocents that fall for my ruse. And they will not be able to regret it, for they will be dead! *evil laughter!*
After I've done this multiple times, though, eventually I'll have to resort to breaking and entering while people aren't watching. Maybe drown people with water while they're mining, and I'd have to make sure that no-one else is looking so that they won't stop me. I would also purposely break holes in the middle of the night and not type messages for the sake of luring in zombies into their bases and hunting them down, doing the dirty work for me. Maybe it'll scare them out of their own homes and they'll make another far away, giving me another place to crash, dismantle, salvage, and own. I'd also have to be cautious of who I face with, for on the offset chance that I try and end up killing someone who might have diamond armor, I could be killed (that is, unless I've already stolen diamonds from someone else).
One last thing after I've killed someone and destroy their base it to leave a mark. A logo, if you will, of my kill. Maybe I'll leave a portrait of that Skull thing, seems macabre enough to indicate that someone died here. Or maybe a :biggrin.gif: face for the sake of humiliation and sadness to the victim that has died before my hands. All it takes is a very vivid imagination and lots of cunning, to which I've been blessed with both.
But of course, as I said above, this is what I would do if I were to be completely, purely evil in Multiplayer Minecraft. I will not (in no way) do this ever unless the person who I were to do this to is one of -the- most tremendous, cruel, douche-baggy people I could ever meet in my entire life, and even then, I'd still have a bit of mercy towards it.
