You seem to be going for a modern warfare approach. (Not the game. Just current decade styled warfare.)
Changes appear to be far too radical for what minecraft is at the moment. Alot of your ideas appear, In my opinion, to by vastly overpowered. Not to mention that minecraft is about, well, crafting. The idea of a time based reward of sorts seems, a bit, stupid. Where would it spawn? how would the code know where to place such entities without destroying other pre-placed chunks? What if your base was a billion miles away from your spawn?
We already have a ranged mob, That's called a skeleton, and is already a ***** with its small range, slow projectiles and god-awful accuracy especially if you were comparing it to a bloody firearm.
We already have a CQC mob, that is called a zombie. It already does 3 hearts worth of damage.

What would the bullets be propelled by? What's the string and feathers for?
Do you have any idea of what tank shells are? And you're saying being hit by one would only do 3~5 damage?
Think about your ideas. You have the description down O.K, but something tells me you didn't think about how it would affect the game. I saw very little balance or structure to your ideas. Working on that should be a priority.
The string would be for decoration, and the string would be so the bow can hold it.
But you probably would have died 10000 times in the process, so you probably will not get it (he said surviving at least 1,000,000 hours), the reason why you have died so much is because the exploders and helicopters keeps killing you.
