I foolishly forgot to close my door and upon returning to my mine entrance, noticed a chicken standing at the top of my boatevator. It fluttered away and I closed the door behind it, then I went and dropped to my landing pool. Well wouldn't you know it, after using the same boat for several game days, my boat now lay in wreckage at the bottom of the boatevator!
Watch your back, lock your doors . . . they're watching!
Me too. Once, a chicken fluttered into the temporary base I had set up in a dungeon. That night, a creeper came in through the inexplicably open door, and blew up the spawner! I had planned to build a trap there!

I always find chickens sneaking around! Once i was exploring a deep ass cave mining iron and i see a chicken flap down out of no where and then another came from the same place and they followed me deeper until they waddled into lava. i think there was a hole in the roof i didnt see. Also, i made a fake hidden dirt hill and put a bunch of chests in it and i sealed it up and then 4 chickens where inside when i opened it back up
When I started work on my quarry, a chicken was spying on me. I had only dug 2 blocks down, and it was THERE. Watching me. I killed the *******, and collected its egg. The next Minecraft day, it happened again. Then, 2 days later, again. 2 of them laid eggs, and I burned them. They have not bothered me since...
EDIT: I now know why they left me alone... I left a 2x4 hole in the wall when working on my quarry because there was ore in the wall and A PIG JUMPED IN!! To this day, he guards my quarry, scaring away all of the chicken spies...
EDIT EDIT: OMFG A chicken tried to sneak in! Fortunately, I was going to craft a new pickaxe, and it saw me and ran away, leaving an egg. Burning it in case if it's a secret camera
I had surrounded my outdoor farm with cobblestone + fences. Thinking it was impenetrable, I left to build something else. The next time I came back, 3 chickens trampled all of my crops. ITS A CONSPIRACY I TELL YOU!
