i cant quite work it out, how does this cannon not destroy itself?
when the TNT explodes in the water it doesn't damage any blocks, but the shockwave still happens.

Do not wallow do not stall
Time waits for none at all
Your allowance may crawl,
It may fly or even vanish
But none will seem more lavished
Than time lost to all.
Does the arrow trap still work? The one where you shoot a bunch of arrows onto a TNT and then they fly everywhere when it explodes? If yes, could we be firing god damn arrow bombs out of these?
i dont understand it, but thats ok!!! all i care about is the fact that now, somebody in smp is going to try to build that around somones fort as a siege engine, and then i can run up to the newb and take his tnt he's trying to launch at me.

What? So when pigs get hit by lighting, they suddenly develop into bipeds and receive brown leather skirts and golden swords from nowhere?

lol I can build the cannon in under 30 secs and shoot it in next 5 secs
Judging from the video, firing distance could be improved by not activating the projectile TNT until the last second - though then it might fall lower than the starting point. This would make high-ground bombardment possible, though.
Despite the cost of using 4 TNT to set off 1 at the enemy's base, it eliminates the possibility of counterattack, which is immensely valuable, and bypasses build permissions that might prevent using sand to climb up and place TNT on a tower or other high structure. Also, if done at night, such an assault would be a wonderful surprise attack. I'd be flattered if someone were to destroy my fort in such a fashion.
only worked for me when i pointed west... weird.
careful, it launched me above the clouds... and then i landed with half a heart left lol
thanks! time to add this to my fort
*firing distance/speed depend on # of TNT used and direction of shooting
*shooting many tnts at once is possible by stacking projectile tnts on top of each other and activate it one by one starting from the bottom >> all tnts will stack to the bottom one and shoot out at the same time (though direction might vary) ~ I will demonstrate in the 3rd video
*a way to effectively shoot tnts out at 45 to 80 degree upward and ~15-25 degree downward ~ wil be in the 3rd video

I make a quick demonstration video here since no one bother doing it yet

I will add the 2nd video in about 10 mins
Bumped for awesome.
