Hello everyone. After seeing a video of a single man leveling an entire island with the might of plastic explosives, I've decided to try my hand at a series of random scenarios in which I test the capabilities of TNT and generally make things go boom. For science!
But make a backup of the universe first, as I don't want to be around when the fabric of reality breaks due to the explosion.
I already tried this. I ended up creating a crater deep below the surface and decided to fill it up with TNT. (It was about 50 blocks wide, 50 blocks deep.) I got about ten layers worth of TNT set when I accidentally struck one of them. The resulting explosion, after sitting still for several minutes, defaulted me to the "Minecraft has crashed!" screen.

I actually just finished a clip showing that. But really, the entire intent of this is to be hilariously stupid, but I'll still probably stumble upon some interesting finds along the way.

test what distance a tnt travels from another explosion. than 2 explosions, then 3 explosions, etc
EDIT: see the % of drops remaining when exploding tnt. i heard that some drops get destroyed
and play all videos at once, listen at how much "umm" 's you say lol

1. Some times some blocks take a while to light on fire. I think. Idk.
2. I hate your life too.
1: In your second video I noticed an interesting phenomena. I saw a sand block move places. It jumped into the air, and landed somewhere else. I think you should look into that.
2: Spend more time on the third video Idea. Make a giant open field of dirt. All level and what not. Then explode a cube or sphere of TNT. That way you can actually see the damage around the area!

Have you ever stopped to think... and forget to start again?

Episode 1.
Episode 2.
Episode 3.
If you have any suggestions for different scenarios for me to try, post them. Otherwise, sit back and enjoy the fireworks.
More or less, but the results are interesting too. It's more for comical purposes, though.

That's the basis of Mythbusters, too.
Speaking of Mythbusters... Hmm...

TBQH, the videos aren't very amazing, considering how all you do is just invedit a bunch of dynamite and then pile it up.
Any suggestions on how to do that? I'm open for criticism.
That's actually not a bad idea.
I was the second person to use the avatar I have. The rest took it from me. The first I asked, he said yes.
I know what I'm doing. I plan ahead, or get tired and screw up everything.
