Alright, to what I've done, from what I can see is that -
Deserts have an extremely high rate of spawn for :SSSS:. Yet you don't see many other mobs
Tundras have almost no :SSSS:. Just a couple were seen in a large area
Grassy/Mountain range biomes have the exact same spawn algorithm from the last update.
To test this yourself -
Build a house on the desert(Use peaceful please)
Make a good lookout tower out of glass.
Then, wait until night.
Turn on Easy or normal (Easy is from what I have evaluated)
Look out at the desert.
At a first glance, I counted 6 in a tiny range of fog.
Tundra, did the same thing, saw 2 in a tiny range of fog.
Mountain range, I counted 4
Try this out yourself. Tons of creepers were harmed with iron swords in the making of this test.
